This was a quick project in creating a brand for the monthly Cars & Coffee at General Motors. I borrowed some inspiration from Road & Track magazine's logo when creating this. I knew we wanted a similar feel, so I purposely used a highly stylized ampersand to get that same feel.

We knew we wanted a small variant that could be turned into a vinyl decal for attendees to stick onto their cars, which is why I was intentional about creating the "car" and "coffee" icons.
